I recently attended a 3-day seminar with TG, on understanding dog language, and I can confidently say it was an invaluable experience. The sessions were not only informative but also highly practical, offering real world tips and techniques that have already made a difference in how I handle my dogs. Tg has been transforming in Arthur’s behaviour. He has limitless knowledge when it comes to canine behaviour. Tg always has a calm and quiet presence and I feel very at ease when Arthur is in his care.

We met TG through the breeder(in another country!) we got our girl from over 4 years ago. She was great but started to develop some “issues” that TG helped sort out immediately. She went to stay with him for some residential training and has come so far. When we go on holiday, we make the 2+ hour drive to have her stay with him and for some continuing training. We don’t trust anyone but him and his family taking care of her! He goes out of his way to help us and is always available for any questions we have. You won’t be sorry for trusting him with your dog for whatever reason.

After Presley was attacked a couple of years ago, walking him became a massive problem due to his aggression to other dogs. A friend of mine suggested I see TG to help us. After a couple of months training with him, Presley is a different dog. He is now relaxed and doesn’t show any aggression. I don’t have to worry when I take him out. Presley now goes for daycare with TG once a week and he plays with all different breeds of dogs. TG really is amazing!! A lifesaver!

We was Introduced to TG as our GSD loved to pull us around while lead walking. She was pulling so much it became not much fun to go on walks.

Well where do I start , Bert and eadie the naughty sausages i thought were untrainable, !!

TG was recommended to me by a friend after having several issues with the sausages ie constant barking , severe anxiety when out walking around other dogs and people, and also allowing people into the home , TG first came to us once a wk giving advice and coming out on walks I can honestly say after one session we noticed a difference, after this Bert and eadie started to go for sessions every wk with TG and his other dogs there social skills have come a long way they are far less anxious around other dogs , there happy to allow people into our home and relax around other people, I can’t tell you what a difference it’s made to our lives as it had become very stressful taking them out . TG is an amazing dog trainer his kind and gentle with the dogs and you can see what love and passion he has for these animals, I would have no hesitation at all in recommending TG .

Hardly a word spoken and our GSD was eating out of his hand. The positive approach to dog training is what struck me the most in a seminar offered by TG on basic obedience.. the need to be creative and patient with my dog. In addition to the huge amount of information that he will readily share, TG also offers his expertise in a grounded manner tailored to the need of the dog and of their owner. We got to bring our dogs for a hands on demonstration and for practice on how to handle them according to our own specific requirements. Very grateful for the amazing experience!

I’ve got two fairly large young dogs who really didn’t want to walk to heel. With the help of TG and his team, I was shown exactly what I was doing wrong (it’s always the owner, never the dogs!) and how to correct it. Within two sessions, we were all walking together happily with no pulling on the lead.

We then moved on to getting the dogs to walk to heel by the side of my wife’s wheelchair, which they picked up very quickly with TG’s help.

Thanks to TG’s calm and informed way of teaching, we’re now able to take the dogs anywhere with confidence.

We could not be happier when we left Alaska with you, this was our longest (22 days) without seeing Alaska. your regular videos and pictures give us additional satisfaction when we see playing with other dogs. I need to mention something very important your level of consistency- for example- service, picking, dropping, and feeding keeps Alaska very happy.

We had an incredible experience with TG Govins as our dog trainer! He expertly trained our two shepherds and helped us understand how to continue their progress at home. One of our shepherds needed obedience and behavior correction, and thanks to TG's training, he has transformed into such a sweet and well-behaved boy. Our other shepherd was trained in protection, and the results have been outstanding. TG also helped all of our dogs (two GSD and 3 Dobermans) overcome jealousy and fighting, creating a harmonious environment for them.
